All Ages Concert
Featuring one of Australia's most exciting new musicians, Tia Gostelow. Tia matches her unique voice with rich instrumentals and coming-of-age experiences through lush landscapes and danceable 80's influences.
Catch Tia Gostelow as she bursts onto the Empire Theatre stage with hits from her latest album "Chrysalis", her follow up to the award-winning album, "Thick Skin".
At 21, Tia Gostelow has just shy of 15 million streams of her song "Strangers", certified GOLD and two Triple J feature albums. At the 2019 Queensland Music Awards, Tia made history as the youngest musician to win Album of the Year for "Thick Skin".
In 2021, "Chrysalis" was nominated for the National Indigenous Music Awards Album of the Year and for Best Independent Pop Album by the Australian Independent Records Awards (AIR Awards).
Triple J says "Tia's ... worthy of any pop queen in-the-making".
"Thick Skin was a hell of a debut for Tia Gostelow". Tone Deaf
"It's Tia at her very best with a big pop moment in the hook, refined and emotional lyricism and dynamic production diving further into pop territory." Purple Sneakers
"Chrysalis is a confident collection of effectively-crafted pop songs that see Gostelow flow between lonely lo-fi bedroom musings to fully fledged dance floor bangers with a breezy confidence." Tone Deaf Australia
